The design and development of the rainbowinn.ch website, as well as the design and development of the RainbowInn PMS management and booking system, were carried out by:

The source code of the website, booking system and RainbowInn PMS remains the property of Sébastien Massot, in accordance with the contractual provisions agreed with Pink Beach S.A. and subject to the rights of use contractually granted to the latter.
Any reproduction, reuse, adaptation, modification, distribution, assignment, provision or exploitation of all or part of this code outside the rights granted by contract requires the prior authorisation of its owner.
Under Swiss law, computer programs may benefit from copyright protection where the applicable legal requirements are met, and copyright protection arises automatically; source code in particular may be protected.
4. Visual identity, logo and graphic charter
The modernisation of the RainbowInn logo, together with the design and definition of RainbowInn's contemporary visual identity and graphic charter, was carried out by:

This work includes, in particular, the modernisation of the existing visual identity, its adaptation to new digital media and the definition of the graphic principles used in connection with the redesign of the website.
This statement does not affect rights relating to the RainbowInn brand or to elements predating this modernisation.
5. Intellectual property relating to content
Elements available on rainbowinn.ch, including texts, photographs, illustrations, graphic elements, logos, distinctive signs, layouts and other content, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The rights relating to these various elements belong to their respective rights holders.
Unless authorised by the relevant rights holder or otherwise permitted by law, reproduction, adaptation, publication, distribution or commercial use of such elements is prohibited.
Rights relating to the source code, website development and RainbowInn PMS are governed separately by Section 3 above and by the contractual agreements entered into between their owner and Pink Beach S.A.
6. Accuracy of information
Pink Beach S.A. endeavours to ensure that the information provided on rainbowinn.ch is as accurate and up to date as possible.
Certain information may nevertheless change, including prices, availability, services, opening times, facilities or conditions of use.
When a booking is concluded, the contractual information, services, prices and conditions actually presented and accepted during the booking process shall be decisive.

Pink Beach S.A. and its technical service providers use reasonable means to ensure the operation and availability of the website and its services.
Permanent and uninterrupted availability cannot, however, be guaranteed, particularly in the event of maintenance, updates, technical incidents or circumstances beyond their control.

Pink Beach S.A. does not exercise permanent control over such third-party websites and cannot be held responsible for their content, availability or practices.
